Prior to establishing her own practice, Lucia was a Senior Associate at Kunene Ramapala Inc and Molefe-Dlepu Attorneys, where she gained valuable experience in handling litigation matters. She was also entrusted with the responsibility of running and heading the contested represented matters for the Road Accident Fund at Ernst and Young.
At Molefe-Dlepu Attorneys, Lucia was responsible for heading the Road Accident Fund Department as a Defendant attorney. She managed various tasks, including project management, handling all RAF panel matters, drafting legal opinions, drafting contracts, promotion of mediation and arbitration, High Court and Magistrate Court trials, occupational health and safety compliance, and compiling training manuals for claim handlers. Lucia also served as a legal advisor, where she negotiated and drafted agreements, structured and negotiated commercial transactions and heads of agreements, and led and implemented the process of reducing legal risks.
